Cushman & Wakefield, a global commercial real estate services firm, announced today that Riaz Khan has joined Cushman & Wakefield as Head of Project & Development Services, Malaysia and Thailand from September 2019.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Riaz will lead and collaborate closely with our investor and occupier businesses as we expand Project & Development Services in Malaysia and Thailand.
Riaz brings with him over 25 years of solid built environment and quantity surveying experience in Australia, New Zealand and India. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Riaz was a senior commercial manager and held senior positions with several service providers and contractor companies. He possesses strong expertise in project management, financial and commercial control at senior level for various types of projects across office fit-outs, hospitals, residential, high-rise building and commercial builds. He is well versed in managing large teams with a strict focus on procedures and controls for optimum results.
